Mel B doesn't have high hopes for husband Stephen at birth of their first child, due any time now

She's famed as the no-nonsense speaking Yorkshirewoman from the Spice Girls - but Mel B has probably said more than her husband really, really wants in her latest interview.
Heavily-pregnant Melanie was talking ahead of the birth of her third child - and said she expects her daughters to be more help than her husband when she gets to the vital moment.
The 36-year-old star, who already has two children, Phoenix, 12, and Angel, four, said she was dreading the reaction of her movie producer husband Stephen Belafonte, 35. 
She told Hello! magazine: 'Phoenix and Angel will be there with me during my labour, which is just as well as Stephen will be a complete nightmare.
'He'll probably pass out and require medical attention.'

The star continued: 'I pretended to him the other day that I was in labour and he just went white; he didn't have a clue what to do. He'll be panicking and probably take us to the wrong hospital.'
Mel's baby is now overdue.
She wrote on Twitter yesterday to fellow former bandmate Mel C: '@MelanieCmusic (It was due) yesterday!!! Help help!!! It likes being in my tummy too much right now!!

An impatient Ms Chisholm had written: 'When's that baby coming? x x'
But the stoic Leeds lass added: 'I am so grateful for what i have and what i have earn't,life is too short to focus on ANY negativity!!'
Mel, who recently held a baby shower with guests including Kim Kardashian and Denise Richards, plans to give birth in the same Los Angeles delivery suite where Victoria and David Beckham's daughter Harper was born.
Harper was born four weeks ago at the Cedars sinai Medical Centre.
Mel B's new arrival meanwhile will be the first she and second husband Stephen have had together, and will be sister to Phoenix, her daughter with dancer ex Jimmy Gulzar and Angel, her child with movie star Eddie Murphy. 
Stephen, who married Mel in February 2007, already has a daughter Giselle, six, from a previous relationship.
