David Beckham finally has a baby girl? Yeah...

If the latest rumours are to be believed, there will be one very well dressed baby girl in our midst come the summer.

Speculation is mounting that Victoria Beckham is expecting her long-wished for daughter.
Reports today claim that the pregnant star is 'over the moon' after discovering the happy news during a 16-week scan.

A representative for the 36-year-old declined to comment on the reports today.
But according to the Sun, Victoria had a 4D scan at the private Rivers Hospital in Sawbridgeworth, Herts, where doctors were able to confirm the gender of the baby.

Typically, a baby's sex can only be determined at 20 weeks with a regular ultrasound scan.
Victoria and David, 35, announced in January that they were expecting their fourth child in the summer.
Victoria has often spoken over the years about her desire to add a girl to her male-dominant brood.
She said in one interview that should could imagine ‘painting her nails, putting on make-up, and choosing clothes’ with her.

Last year, she said: ‘Everyone keeps asking me if I would like to have a little girl and I think, at some point, if I am lucky enough to have another baby, that would be great. If I am blessed enough.’
But in recent months she has been more circumspect – even telling the forthcoming issue of Vogue in which she is cover star: ‘Maybe one day another baby, but at this stage I think the chances of a girl are quite slim.’
The couple are in Britain with children Brooklyn, 11, Romeo, eight, and Cruz, five, until the end of February while she prepares her latest collection for fashion week in London and New York, and he trains with Tottenham Hotspur before returning to the U.S. for the start of the football season there.

Sources close to Mrs Beckham, that she plans to work through as much of her pregnancy as possible insisting it is ‘business as usual’ – as she has for her previous three.
Within hours of the Beckhams announcing their happy news, bookmakers Paddy Power were already taking bets on the unborn child's name.
Among the most popular bets were Sandra - David's mother's name - and David Jnr, with 10/1 and 21/1 odds respectively.
Some of the wackier suggestions were for Pele with 200/1 and Galaxy at 200/1.
