[David Beckham]Middle-aged spread or a bad camera angle?

He's one of the most lusted-after sportsmen of our generation, with his fit physique admired by men and women the world over.
But, as David Beckham enjoyed a day out with his three sons in Malibu yesterday, the footballer appeared to be packing a bit of a paunch.

Whether it was a case of a few extra pounds having found their way onto his body since the birth of daughter Harper in July, or simply a bad camera angle, Beckham's green T-shirt seemed to cling to a slightly rounded stomach.

Beckham teamed the T-shirt with a pair of grey jersey shorts and a backwards baseball cap as he hit the beach with sons Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz.
The family certainly seemed to be enjoying themselves as they soaked up the sunshine and played with a football on the sand.
And it seems Beckham's six-year-old son Cruz might take after his famous father, as he was seen eagerly playing keepy-uppy with his dad.

The 36-year-old sportsman was also seen showing off his own soccer skills, sitting down and still managing to keep the ball in the air.
While Beckham enjoyed his day with his three sons, there was no sign of wife Victoria or the pair's newborn daughter Harper.
Earlier this month, Beckham unveiled his tribute to the new addition to their family with a new tattoo added to his already plentiful collection.
