'Adoption is an option': Giuliana and Bill Rancic

They have long voiced their hope of starting a family.
And now Giuliana and Bill Rancic have admitted that they are willing to consider all options to make that happen - including adoption.
The E! News host and her real estate developer husband Bill, 40, are currently undergoing their third round of IVF treatments but if that doesn't work out they might look elsewhere to make their dream of becoming parents a reality.

'We're not opposed to adoption, but at this point we're going down the IVF path,' Bill told Us Weekly  at the Nivea New Year's Eve preview in New York on Thursday.
'If the doctor says after this cycle, 'I don't think this is going to happen for you naturally. You're going to have to look at more options,' then we will,' Giuliana said.
'But if someone is telling you, 'I can get you pregnant,' then we're trying it.'

However with this being their third attempt and with Giuliana devastatingly suffering a miscarriage last time around, the couple are well aware of their chances.
'If the time comes, we will visit that as a possibility and even adopt from Naples,' Bill said.
'We've spoken about that and we're open to a lot of things,' Giuliana, added.
'I love kids. I want a big family. I want two boys and two girls.'
